Randy Swallows Founder
The founder of The Soteria Project, has dedicated his life to serving both his country and his community. As a disabled veteran who served with distinction as an Army Ranger, Randy exemplifies resilience, commitment, and service. Upon transitioning to retirement, Randy recognized the challenges in delivering services to eligible service members to find employment after injury and illness. The Soteria Project was Randy’s answer to, “How could this be done better, faster, and more effectively?” Randy's journey is a testament to his unwavering dedication and compassionate spirit to those in his community. His experience as a veteran and leader in the social services space has imbued him with a profound understanding of the challenges faced by those in need who might not yet know how to fully resolve their challenges, but are desirous of help from available resources.
